PART TWO: EXHIBITION FEES

There will be space for up to eight (8) booths at the show situated close to the
conference room. Two will be allocated to the Gold and Silver show sponsors leaving six
(6) booth spaces available for delegate exhibitors.

Exhibitor Fees:

       Euro 4,950.00 per booth / size – 2 meter deep x 3 meter wide
Outside space also available for full size equipment display/demo – pricing upon
request. 25% deposit required to secure booth space.

This premier event, organized and facilitated by the Rubber Pavements Association is
collaboration with Consulpav, and Value Relations GmbH, Frankfurt. Separate panels
will focus on aspects of the design, life cycle cost, construction, research, maintenance,
recycling, tire/pavement noise reduction and production of asphalt rubber as a binder or
use in a hot mix. Particular emphasis and priority all will be given to papers about
asphalt-rubber as defined by ASTM, i.e. at least 15 percent crumb rubber derived from
recycled waste tires in the asphalt-rubber binder.

The banquet reception and dinner will feature a unique industry networking opportunity
and social event, capped with a prominent speaker.
