SUBSTITUTIONS: Should Contractor be unable to obtain any material(s) specified in any of the Contract Documents or Change Order(s) when any of the same are needed for inclusion in the Residence, Contractor shall have the sole discretion and right to substitute comparable materials and such substitution shall not affect the Contract Price.
