PERSONAL PROPERTY: Any and all personal property of Owner or any third party that is moved into the Residence or onto the premises prior to full possession by Owner is the responsibility of such Owner. Contractor is not responsible for any damage to or the monetary (including but not limited to attorney's fees and costs) or replacement value of said personal property, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Contractor harmless from any claims related to stolen, damaged or destroyed personal property.
