OWNER'S MATERIAL(S): Owner and not Contractor shall be responsible for any materials, labor and/or subcontractors recommended or furnished by Owner. Owner shall hold Contractor harmless from and fully indemnify and defend Contractor against any claims, liabilities and/or expenses which Contractor incurs respecting any of the aforesaid.
