KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That _________________________, (the “Grantor”), for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by _________________________ (the “Grantee”), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL, CONVEY, and RELEASE to the said Grantee, their successors and assigns forever, a perpetual easement, for purposes of creating a lake thereon, to flood a portion of the _____acre parcel of ground (the “Easement Property”) situated in ________________ Township, _________ County, _________, and further described as follows:

See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such flooding shall be created by diversion of waterways situated on Grantee’s real property, which is adjacent to the Easement Property. A preliminary plat of such lake is shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and made hereof. Nothing contained herein, however, shall require that the actual dimensions or location of such lake correspond to that shown on Exhibit B. Grantor claims title to the Easement Property over which this easement and right of way are hereby granted by Deed recorded in Official Record Volume _________, Page _______, _________ County Records. Parcel Number __________. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above conveyed and described easement and right of way together with all and singular the appurtenances there unto belonging, unto Grantee, so long as the same shall be used for the purposes as described herein, and for the completion of any improvements required to be completed in order
