    Peru) because of the experience of being CFO of a significant Latin American wireless operation;

   Chief Financial Officer of BellSouth International’s wireless communications subsidiary which had revenue growth
    from US$ 100 million (1992) to over US$ 500 million (1997);
   With direct responsibility for all finance and accounting functions as well as management information systems
    ensured that the two organizations were solutions not roadblocks to many of the issues facing the company;
   By selecting/implementing a new financial reporting system, reduced the monthly close cycle from 6 to 3 days
    allowing for more efficient and timely decision-making;
   Through the development/implementation of a new customer care/billing system, the company had a competitive
    advantage in the Argentine market, which contributed to the revenue growth during 1992 – 1997;
   Due to the success in the Argentine market, the system was licensed for use in three other Latin American countries
    generating millions of license revenue for the subsidiary;
   Developed an outstanding relationship with a financial institution, which allowed for the negotiation of offshore
    financing (US$ 20 million) during the 1995 Mexican financial crisis without any support from BellSouth Corporation.
