   Through monthly analysis of key operational and financial results/trends (marketing, engineering, supply chain,
    treasury, etc.) recommended corrective action plans to be developed and undertaken at an operating company or
    headquarters level;
   With the development, coordination and implementation of treasury/financing strategies for each operating
    company, operational cash flows were maximized and over $1.5 billion in debt was restructured or renegotiated;
   Working with investment banks, coordinated financial presentations/due diligence reviews/valuations for the
    proposed issuance of a tracking stock for Latin American properties;
   Led the coordination of debt funding of Latin American operations, including US$ 150 million Euro Medium-Term
    Note issuance; included representing BSI to investment community;
   Through participation in Board of Directors/Committee meetings of the international subsidiaries was able to
    influence overall direction of those operations;
   Supervised a staff of six professionals, plus provided direction to 10 Chief Financial Officers in the field;
   By focusing on developing managerial talent over the years was able to provide 5 subordinates opportunities to be
    CFO’s, internally and externally to the company.

   Assumed responsibility for the financial assimilation of three new Latin American properties (Ecuador, Nicaragua and
    Peru) because of the experience of being CFO of a significant Latin American wireless operation;
   Participated on Board of Directors of Panama and Nicaragua operations;
   Special Projects – revised the mergers & acquisition process within BSI; reviewed and recommended all BSI Board of
    Directors assignments in order to maximize board productivity.

Cia. De Radiocomunicaciones Moviles S.A. (sub. of BellSouth International) – Buenos Aires, Argentina
Chief Financial Officer 1992 -1997
   Chief Financial Officer of BellSouth International’s wireless communications subsidiary which had revenue growth
    from US$ 100 million (1992) to over US$ 500 million (1997);
   With direct responsibility for all finance and accounting functions as well as management information systems
    ensured that the two organizations were solutions not roadblocks to many of the issues facing the company;
   By selecting/implementing a new financial reporting system, reduced the monthly close cycle from 6 to 3 days
    allowing for more efficient and timely decision-making;
   Through the development/implementation of a new customer care/billing system, the company had a competitive
    advantage in the Argentine market, which contributed to the revenue growth during 1992 – 1997;
   Due to the success in the Argentine market, the system was licensed for use in three other Latin American countries
    generating millions of license revenue for the subsidiary;
   Developed an outstanding relationship with a financial institution, which allowed for the negotiation of offshore
    financing (US$ 20 million) during the 1995 Mexican financial crisis without any support from BellSouth Corporation.

   Led a staff of five professionals responsible for the development of business cases valuations, negotiations with
    consortium partners/acquisition management teams/investment bankers, and business case presentations to senior
    management for all start-up and acquired operations through out Latin America, Europe and Australia;
   Negotiated and implemented financing strategies for numerous start-up operations including issuance of a US$
    Venezuelan Commercial Paper program (US$ 87 million) and Overseas Private Investment Corporation long-term
    funding (US$ 42.5 million) in Argentina.
