Please provide Signature Real Estate Services, Inc. with a Certificate of
Insurance, as outlined in your Lease. Make certain that the address is referenced
and the following are named as Additional Insured using the exact spelling and
designation as shown below:

                                    Parking
       Following are some, but not all, of the parking rules and regulations.
          No overnight or extended term storage of vehicle shall be permitted
             without approval from owner/agent
          Vehicles must be parked entirely within painted stall lines of a
             single parking stall
          All directional signs and arrows must be observed
          The speed limit within all parking areas shall be five (5) miles per
             hour
          Parking is prohibited:
                  a) In areas not striped for parking;
                  b) In aisles;
                  c) Where ‘No Parking’ signs are posted;
                  d) On ramps;
                  e) In cross-hatched areas;
                  f) In such other areas as may be designated by Landlord
          Washing, waxing, cleaning or servicing of any vehicle is prohibited.

Phone Service/Electrical Rooms: To obtain access to these rooms,
you must contact the Signature Property Management Office at least
24 hours in advance. Should you require access on the weekends or outside of
normal business hours, please call in advance to make special arrangements.
