You can't seem to get another mood out of your girlfriend these days except irritation. The
outings, your jokes and habits and the little moments you used to enjoy before all seem to have
the wrong effect on her. All in all, the relationship has sunk to a hopeless level. Well, not quite.
Things may look very bleak now, but with the right strategy and concerted effort, you can get
your girlfriend back. So, pay attention!

1. Stop Arguing

If your girlfriend stays irritable around you, chances are that the gloomy mood has led to quite a
few unpleasant arguments. Well, you have to make some effort to change that. If you can't
change the mood straightaway, try to at least stop the arguing. Just take a step back the next
time the mood reaches boiling point, and you may even find that the cause of the arguing is
quite silly and avoidable, such as her choice of dress on a dinner outing. Naturally, taking a step
back is easier said than done, but if you are able to close your eyes and calm yourself down,
you will realize what amazing power this simple move has. Not only will you be able to pull
yourself out of the argument, even she will respond more calmly, getting your girlfriend back
requires a deep understanding of her emotions.

2. Appreciate Her

Perhaps you have begun to take her and the little things she does for you for granted. That's a
grave mistake if you want to get her back. There is nothing better received than a word of
appreciation, especially when it is deserved. When was the last time you told her that she
looked beautiful? Or that you love her for the wonderful meal she cooks for you on Saturdays? If
she realizes that you see the beauty in her and appreciate the things she does, you may just
find her irritation melt away like a miracle.

3. Understand 'Why?'

Instead of getting upset and angry over each of the meaningless and nasty arguments you have
had, try and identify the real cause of her irritable mood. There is something about you that
irritates or bothers her, and you can only do something about it when you know what it is. You
may even want to talk to her, if you are confused or unsure. However, make sure your
conversation is calm and without confrontation. Bear in mind that sometimes it may just be
some of your little habits that have culminated into being a major irritant for her.

4. Spending a Happy Moment

If you want to get back your girlfriend, you need to think of ways to spend time with her that she
will find fun and interesting. Creating the circumstances for a happy day or romantic evening,
will make a bad mood highly unlikely. Besides, the effects of one good day spent could well last
for very long.

In your effort to get your girlfriend back, you need to prepare yourself to make the effort and be
patient. She is going through a bad moment and probably doesn't like herself for this irritable
behavior. If you help her come out of it, you will win her regard like you have never had it before,
and both of you will be all the happier for it, after all she is your girlfriend and it is important to
