You are invited to two programs presented by the American Medical Association (AMA), the California Medical Association (CMA), and the ACCMA to learn about how the RICO settlement provisions require health plans to pay claims properly and treat physicians fairly. Presenters include Catherine Hanson, Esq., General Counsel of the CMA; Tammy Banks, Manager Practice Management Center, AMA; and Aileen E. Wetzel, Center for Economic Services, CMA.

Breakfast and lunch are provided by Managed Care Advisory Group, (MCAG). MCAG has worked with more than twenty (20) State and County Medical Societies and the AMA to help physicians collect amounts due under the retrospective relief provided in the RICO settlements.
