1. Pelan SME ONE (‘Pelan SME ONE’) adalah pelan promosi yang ditawarkan oleh Telekom Malaysia Berhad (‘TM’)
EXC Busin ers
untuk mana-mana pelanggan SME TM Business Broadband yang berkelayakan (‘Pelanggan’). Terma-terma dan
syarat-syarat (‘Terma & Syarat’) ini adalah tambahan kepada terma-terma dan syarat-syarat langganan perkhidmatan
TM Businessline dan TM Business Broadband (‘TM Business Broadband’).
2. Pelan SME ONE ini akan bermula daripada Julai 2009 sehingga Disember 2009 atau satu tarikh yang akan TM scrib

dimaklumkan oleh TM daripada semasa ke semasa.
3. Pelan SME ONE ini adalah terpakai kepada Nombor Perkhidmatan TM Businessline (‘No. Perkhidmatan
TM Businessline’) yang dinyatakan di dalam Borang Permohonan Pelan SME ONE. Satu (1) No. Perkhidmatan
TM Businessline yang dipilih oleh Pelanggan adalah layak untuk lima (5) nombor panggilan kegemaran
(‘5 No. Kegemaran’).
4. Tempoh langganan minimum adalah dua puluh empat (24) bulan bermula dari tarikh pengaktifan Pakej SME ONE
(‘Tempoh Langganan Minimum’).
5. Pelanggan adalah layak untuk mendapatkan Set Telefon Tanpa Wayar (‘Set Telefon Tanpa Wayar’) sekiranya
permohonan Pelan SME ONE diluluskan oleh TM. Setiap pelanggan layak untuk satu (1) unit Set Telefon Tanpa
SME ONE Plan
Wayar bagi permohonan Pelan SME ONE diluluskan oleh TM sebelum promosi tamat daripada mana-mana
TMpoint yang berhampiran tertakluk kepada kesediaadaan (sementara stok masih ada). TM
6. Walau apapun yang tertera di atas, TM berhak untuk menolak sebarang permohonan atau meminta maklumat
dan dokumen tambahan dari pelanggan mengikut budi bicara TM tanpa perlu menyatakan sebarang sebab.
7. Sekiranya Pelan SME ONE ditamatkan dalam Tempoh Langganan Minimum seperti yang dinyatakan di dalam
Big on value, low on cost
Fasal 4 di atas, pelanggan akan dikehendaki membayar yuran pengurusan sebanyak Ringgit Malaysia Dua Ratus
(RM200.00) sahaja kepada TM.
8. Sekiranya TM Business Broadband ditamatkan sama ada oleh TM ataupun pelanggan, Pelan SME ONE ini akan
ditamatkan serta-merta dan akan dinyatakan di dalam bil TM.
9. Pelanggan sedia maklum dan bersetuju bahawa TM berhak untuk berkongsi maklumat pelanggan dengan
syarikat berkaitan dengan TM untuk sebarang aktiviti pemasaran berkaitan produk dan perkhidmatan TM dan/
atau syarikat sepertinya dari masa ke semasa. Walau bagaimanapun, TM dan syarikat berkaitan yang
menggunakan data tersebut akan menghormati hak peribadi pelanggan seperti yang telah dinyatakan di dalam
terma dan syarat langganan perkhidmatan TM Businessline dan TM Business Broadband dan TM akan mematuhi
terma dan syarat tersebut.

10. TM berhak untuk membuat sebarang perubahan atau pindahan kepada Terma & Syarat ini daripada semasa ke

semasa dan/atau meminda dan menarik balik Set Telefon Tanpa Wayar sekiranya pada bila-bila masa tanpa

sebarang notis dan pelanggan adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan tersebut.
11. TM adalah tidak bertanggungan untuk sebarang tuntutan oleh p elanggan atau pihak ketiga untuk sebarang
kerugian dalam apa bentuk sekalipun, termasuk dan tidak terhad kepada, kehilangan keuntungan, punitive, tidak re
langsung, khas, sampingan atau kerugian akibat langsung atau untuk lain-lain kerugian dan tuntutan yang
berkaitan apa-apa unsur, termasuklah langsung, tidak langsung, pihak ketiga, akibat langsung berkaitan Fi xed

12. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang percanggahan di antara Terma & Syarat versi Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa

1. SME ONE Plan (the ’SME ONE Plan’) is a promotional plan offered by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (‘TM’) for any eligible

SME customer of TM Business Broadband (the ‘Customer’). These terms and conditions (the ‘T&C’) of the SME ONE Plan
are in addition to the terms and conditions for the services of TM Businessline and TM Business Broadband

(the ‘TM Business Broadband’).
2. This SME ONE Plan will commence from July 2009 until December 2009 or other date to be notified by TM from

time to time.
3. This SME ONE Plan is applicable for TM Businessline Service Number (the ‘TM Businessline Service Number’) as
stated in the SME ONE Plan Application Form. One (1) selected TM Businessline Service Number will be eligible
for five (5) favourite call numbers (‘5 Favourite Numbers’).
4. The minimum subscription period is twenty four (24) months commencing from the activation date of the
SME ONE Plan (the ‘Minimum Subscription Period’).
5. Each Customer is eligible for one (1) unit of Cordless Telephone Set (the ‘Cordless Telephone Set’) for each
successful subscription of the SME ONE Plan before promotion ends from any nearest TMpoint subject to the
SME ONE Plan
availability (while stock last).

6. Notwithstanding the above, TM reserves the right to reject the application or require the Customer to furnish
further details or documents as TM deems fit and necessary without assigning any reason whatsoever.
7. For any termination of the SME ONE Plan within the minimum subscription period stated in Clause 4 above, the

Customer shall be required to pay an administration fee of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred (RM200.00) only to TM.
8. In the event that the TM Business Broadband is being terminated by either TM or the Customer, the SME ONE Plan
will be terminated immediately and will be reflected in the TM bill.
9. The Customer hereby acknowledges that TM shall have the right to share the Customer’s data with TM’s related
companies for the purpose of marketing activities in respect of products and services of TM and/or its related
companies from time to time as TM deems fit Provided Always That, TM and its related companies that received
such data shall observe the applicable confidentiality obligation as imposed under the terms and conditions for
the subscription to TM Businessline and TM Business Broadband and shall abide by the same strictly.
10. TM reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these T&C from time to time and/or amend and withdraw

the Cordless Telephone Set without prior notice at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such changes.

11. TM shall not be liable for any claims by the Customer or third party claims for losses of any nature whatsoever or

howsoever, including but not limited to, loss of profit, punitive, indirect, special, incidential or consequential
damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, Te
consequential or other damages in relation to the SME ONE Plan. a
12. Should there be any discrepancies between the Bahasa Malaysia version and the English version of the T&C,
