DECLARATION OF REWARD : The Commissioner of Police, Delhi has announced a
cash reward of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) on each following accused
persons, which will hold good for a period of one year with immediate effect for any one
who may give any information/clue(s) about the accused person(s) involved in case FIR
No. 207/2010 dated 21.12.2010 u/s 302/34 IPC r/w 25/27 Arms Act P.S. Chhawla, and
412/2010 dated 13.09.2010 u/s 302/120B/34 IPC r/w 25/27 Arms Act P.S. Najafgarh,

ENHANCEMENT OF REWARD : The Commissioner of Police, Delhi has enhanced the
amount of reward from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only)
declared vide this Hdqrs. order No. 329-428/C&T(AC-III)/PHQ, dated 05.01.2010 in
case FIR No. 1171 /2006 u/s 302/201/365/120B/34 IPC P.S. Najafgarh, Delhi, against
accused Pappu Kumar s/o Sh. Shankar Singh r/o RZ-41, Ranaji Enclave, Najafgarh,
Delhi, which will hold good for a period of one year with immediate effect for any one
who may give any information/clue(s) about the accused person.

             As and when any information/clue(s) regarding the above said missing girl
is received, the same be sent to Inspr. Web Site, SCRB, Kamla Market through
DCP/C&R as well as in C&T Branch, PHQ., Delhi.

             The Commissioner of Police, Delhi reserves the right to decide finally by
whom the reward has been earned and in what proportion it will be distributed amongst
various claimants, in case more than one claimant come forward for the same.

            The earlier order regarding declaration of reward in the above case is
hereby cancelled.

      One hard core criminal arrested by Crime Branch.
      Wanted in a sensational murder case of Wall City Kamala Market
       Delhi.
      Wanted in a case of firing at Darya Ganj.

        The Crime Branch of Delhi Police received a secret information regarding
one hard core criminal namely Abdul Wazid who was involved in a sensational
case of murder of walled city, in which he along with his other associates had
brutally killed one Danish at Minto Raod, Delhi on 22-01-2010. In this regard a
case vide FIR No. 141/10, u/s 302/34 IPC, 25 Arms Act was registered at PS
Kamla Market, Delhi. A team of Anti Robbery Cell headed by ACP Rajender
Singh and led by Insp. Sajjan Singh Yadav comprising of SI Sumer Singh, SI
Ritesh ASI Joginder Singh HC’s Suresh Tyagi, Sandeep, Pawan Kumar, Nitin,
Constables Rajesh Kumar, Surender, Manoj, Anil Kumar, Pankaj and Ajeet under
close supervision of Addl. DCP Sh. Sanjay Bhatia was constituted.

       On 11.01.11 the Crime Branch team finally succeeded in apprehending
Abdul Wazid at about 4.00 PM near park opposite Hanuman Temple, Ring Road,
Nigam Bodh Ghat, Yamuna Bazar, Delhi. On his personal search one pistol .32
bore with three live cartridges were recovered from his possession. On this a
case, vide FIR No. 06/11 dated 11.01.11 u/s 25 Arms Act has been registered at
PS Crime Branch, Nehru Place, Delhi.

      Abdul Wazid had previous enmity with Danish. He further disclosed that
on 3.12.2010 he alongwith his co accused had fired on Danish in the area of
Daryaganj. Abdul Wajid was wanted in this case of shootout also in PS
Daryaganj.

Identity of accused person is as below:-

Age 28 Yrs.

           DREADED ROBBERS/AUTOLIFTERS/SNATCHERS ARRESTED

        The staff of Anti Auto Thefts Squad, West District has arrested an active
gang of robbers/autolifters involved in many cases. With their arrest, 10 cases of
different Police Stations of Delhi have been solved.

ACCUSED ARRESTED

1.         Majid @ Feroz S/o Bhura Pehalwan R/o Near Allahur Dada ki Majar, Top
           Khana Road, Rampur, U.P. Age-23 years.
           (Previous involvement – 7 cases)
2.         Rashid S/o Bhura Pehalwan R/o Near Allahur Dada ki Majar, Top Khana
           Road, Rampur, U.P. Age-32 years.
           (Previous involvement – 5 cases)
3.         Shokat Ali S/o Rehjan Ali R/o C-269, Jehangir Puri, Delhi. Age-25 years.
           (Previous involvement – 10 cases)
4.         Deepak S/o Rajbir R/o C-865, Jehangir Puri, Delhi.
           Age-28 years. He is a temporary worker of MCD on daily wages.

INCIDENT,TEAM AND ARREST

      In the wake of increase in incidents of auto thefts in the area of West Delhi
and in order to prevent these incidents and nab the criminals involved in these
cases, the team of Inspr. Maninder Singh,I/C AATS, West District SI Naveen
Kumar, HC Dilbagh Singh, HC Rishi, HC Naresh, HC Rajiv, HC Sanjiv, Ct.
Sandeep, Ct. Maninder, Ct. Tirkey and Ct. Ranbir worked relentlessly and
collected details of several criminals with similar modus operandi and activated
their secret informers to collect the information about the gangs involved in these
auto lifting cases. On an secret information, a trap was laid near the Happy
Divine School, Paschim Vihar on 11.01.2011. The team started checking the
vehicles passing through. While checking, on suspicion two bikers were asked to
stop their vehicle but they immediately turned their bikes in other direction and
tried to flee away from the spot. The police staff chased them and after putting
much efforts apprehended them. They were asked to show their identity and the
ownership of their vehicles. They were interrogated and they could not disclose
the ownership of their vehicles. After verification, the vehicles were found to be
stolen one from PS Daryaganj area and one from PS Maurya Enclave area.

INTERROGATION, DISCLOSURE AND MODUS OPERANDI

        During sustained interrogation all the accused persons confessed of their
involvement in the above mentioned cases. They further disclosed that they are
committing crime under the gang leader Majid who is the brother of dreaded
criminal Sajid @ Munna who was involved in many sensational cases of U.P.,
Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi etc. and had nexus with Chhota Shakil. Munna was
also found responsible of train accident that took place in Mathura on 21.10.09 in
which 22 persons were killed. At that time be was in the police custody of
Rajasthan police and escaped by pulling chain at Mathura. Later, Sajid @ Munna
was arrested by Crime Branch, Delhi Police in Feb.2010. Majid and Rashid are
real brothers of Munna and also participants in commission of several criminal
activity with him. After the arrest of Munna, Majid had become the leader of gang
and started committing crime independently. In the meanwhile Majid has also
been declared Proclaimed Offender in two cases, one case of PS Special Cell
and other of PS Paharganj. Sadique, one of the associates of Munna, after
releasing from jail contacted Majid and Rashid and started committing crime on
the direction of Munna. Sadique also known to Shaukat and Deepak who are
residents of Jahangir Puri. Shaukat and Deepak are also involved in many
criminal cases. Shokat and Deepak also joined the gang of Majid and Rashid
through Sadique. They all belong to poor class but have criminal background. All
the gang members are school drop outs.

       They used to commit the snatching on stolen bikes so that they could not
be arrested easily and hide the vehicle somewhere. Side by side they used to
make the reccee of the locked houses in day time. After targeting the houses,
they used to commit burglary and take away the stolen articles in some stolen
vehicles. The search of Sadique is continuing.

      Staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

TWO GANGS OF NOTORIOUS ROBBERS AND RECIEVERS BUSTED,
ROBBED MOBILES &
ARTICLES RECOVERED

With the arrest of three robbers namely 1. Nadeem @ Jalahua S/O
Mohd.
Gulzar r/o B-32, Pili Mitti, Janta Colony, Welcome, Delhi aged 29
years, 2. Mahfooj @ Fefra s/o Bhure r/o K-142, Janta Colony,
Welcome,
Delhi aged 20 years, 3. Rahul Panchal s/o Sh Mahabir Singh Panchal
r/o
H. No C-10/1/1538, Gali No. 1, Mansarover, Park Delhi aged 19 years
and two habitual receivers of stolen mobiles namely Prince Chawla s/o
Sh. Tilak Raj Chawla r/o H. No C- 1/166, Harsh Vihar, Delhi aged 24
years and Saurabh Bhardwaj s/o Sh. Devender Bhardwaj r/o H. No. I-
849,
Khera, G T Road Shahdara, Delhi aged 25 years, the North-East
District
police has busted two gangs of robbers and solved out two cases of
robbery. Robbed mobiles and articles of both cases as well as 21 other
stolen mobile phones have been recovered from their possession.

TEAM & OPERATION:-

Since some incidents of snatching and thefts were reported in evening
and night hours. Intensive prevention measures have been initiated
including deployment of anti-snatching pickets and stranger check
drive in the area & deployment of police staff in plain cloths to nab
the criminals. Emphasis is being given to foot patrolling as well as
m/cycles patrolling. Sincere efforts are also being made for
collection of criminal intelligence through eyes and ears scheme.
During this exercise, various suspects were interrogated and listed
criminals of same modus operandi were grilled.

In first incident, a team comprising Insp. Sh. Ashok Sharma/SHO/MS
Park, SI Ashok Kumar, ASI Jagdish Narayan, ASI Gajender Singh, HC
Gangadutt, Ct Rajbir, Ct. Rinku and Ct. Anil collected the details of
criminals of robbery cases which were taken place in area of
North-East district and visited the different spots and studied the
modus operandi of the accused persons. Finally on 08.01.11, the team
was on checking near Mandoli road khatta, gathered an intelligence
that three persons were going to dispose off/sell stolen mobiles
(different models). Working on this information, the team swung into
action and apprehended above three accused persons with stolen
mobile
phones. After interrogation of accused persons and on verification of
recovered mobiles, it came to light that these mobiles had been stolen
from the area of North East and East District of Delhi. Accused Rahul
confessed his involvement in commission of offence of FIR No 24/10
u/s
382 /34 IPC PS MS Park, in which accused Rahul along with his
associates namely Hira @ Hau and Amit @ Kallu robbed mobile phone,
cash Rs 13000/-, jewelry and some documents (Identity Card, visiting
cards) from one advocate namely Pradeep Sharma who is practicing in
Karkardooma Court. Facts were verified and several raids were
conducted in Delhi.



During raids, 15 stolen mobiles were recovered at their instances from
the Shop of accused Saurabh and Prince Chawla. Robbed case
properties
of the case i.e. Identity card of complainant, visiting cards and
mobiles were also recovered at the instance of accused Rahul Panchal.

In second incident on 10.01.11, an another team consisting Insp.
Sudhir Kumar, SI Satender, Ct. Jagroop and Ct. Nam Dev of PS
Welcome
apprehended two robbers named Nadeem @ Jalahua and Mahfooj @
Fefra
during checking in suspicious conditions. During sustained examination
of both accused persons, they disclosed their involvement in a case of
robbery of a mobile phone on knife point from one Chander Mohan r/o
Gandhi Nagar. The incident was reported vide FIR No. 06/11 dated
10.01.2011 in PS Welcome. Robbed mobile phone Nokia 2690 was
recovered
from their possession. After sustained interrogation, six other mobile
phones were also recovered on their instance, which are being
verified.

RECOVERY:-

• 21 stolen mobile phones.
• Robbed mobile phone, Identity Card & visiting cards.

PROFILE:-

• Rahul Panchal s/o Sh Mahabir Singh Panchal r/o H. No C-10/1/1538,
Gali No. 1, Mansarover, Park Delhi aged 19 years is school drop out
from 10th class.
• Prince Chawla s/o Sh. Tilak Raj Chawla r/o H. No C- 1/166, Harsh
Vihar, Delhi aged 24 years is previously involved in mobile theft
cases.
• Saurabh Bhardwaj s/o Sh. Devender Bhardwaj r/o H. No. I-849,
Khera,
G T Road Shahdara, Delhi aged 25 years.
• Nadeem @ Jalahua s/o Mohd. Gulzar r/o B-32, Pili Mitti, Janta
Colony, Welcome, Delhi aged 29 years is illiterate. He is presently
working in a jeans factory in Welcome. He is previously involved in
two cases of snatching.
• Mahfooj @ Fefra s/o Bhure r/o K-142, Janta Colony, Welcome, Delhi
aged 20 years is also illiterate and is working in a jeans factory in
Welcome as a tailor.

Further investigation is in progress.

INTERVENTION IN A MINOR DISPUTE LED TO MURDER OF A
YOUNG BOY : BOTH ACCUSED ARRESTED AND WEAPON OF
OFFENCE RECOVERED
    Alert beat Constables of PS S.P. Badli apprehended two accused
persons namely Naval Kishore (19 years) s/o Bhagwati Prasad r/o A-
838, Gali No.19, Jiwan park, Siraspur, Delhi and Nitin Kumar (21
years) s/o Rakesh r/o A-2/14, Rana Park, Delhi, who after committing
the murder were trying to flee away from the spot and recovered
weapon of offence.


INCIDENT /BRIEF FACTS:


    On 11.01.11 at 10.13, a PCR call was received vide DD No. 42A
regarding quarrel at A-2, Rana Park, Siraspur. The call was assigned
to SI Alok Vajpai who along with HC Om Prakash reached at the spot
and found that Beat Constables Rajeev, 2351/OD and Sandeep,
2356/OD had caught two boys. They informed that during quarrel
with shopkeeper, both the boys had caused injuries to a person who
had been taken to BSA Hospital in a private vehicle by his relatives.
The IO reached at BSA Hospital where the injured Mukesh (30 years)
s/o Vidamber Singh r/o A-2, Rana Park, Siraspur, Delhi was found
admitted in ICU and the Doctors had declared him unfit for statement.
Later on, during the treatment injured succumbed to injuries.
    Statement of Sh. Rahul (nephew of deceased and eyewitness) was
recorded who stated that he along with his maternal uncle had gone to
nearby Grocery Shop to buy curd where two boys of their
neighbourhood namely Nitin and Naval Kishore were already present.
They were also purchasing curd from the shop. When the shopkeeper
asked them about the quantity of curd, they replied that they want
whole the curd available in the shop. On this, the shopkeeper asked
them what they will do with whole curd, they replied that they will
throw it in the drain. It is not his business. At the same time, Mukesh
(deceased) intervened and asked them, “why they were harassing the
shopkeeper”. On this, they got annoyed and started using filthy
language and also manhandled him. When Mukesh resisted, Nitin
caught hold of him and Naval Kishore brought a sharp edged wood
cutting instrument from a nearby house where wooden work was going
on and attacked Mukesh on his chest and other parts of the body with
the intention to kill him. Ct. Sandeep No.2356/OD and Ct. Rajeev
No.2351/OD who were on patrolling duty reached at the spot and
apprehended the accused Navin and Naval Kishore and recovered
weapon of offence. Accordingly, on the statement of Rahul, a case vide
FIR No.13/11, dated 12.1.2011 u/s 307/IPC was registered at PS
Samai Pur Badli and later on Section of law 302 IPC was added and
investigation taken up.

INTERROGATION :
   During interrogation, both accused confessed to have committed
the murder of Mukesh.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS :
1. Naval Kishore (19 years) s/o Bhagwati Prasad r/o A-838, Gali
No.19, Jiwan Park, Siraspur, Delhi is undergoing ITI training at ITI
Narela. He is unmarried.
2. Nitin Kumar s/o rakesh (21 years) r/o A-2/14, Rana Park, Delhi has
studied up to 10th class. He is working in a Mobile Shop “SAI
Communication at A-2/14, Jiwan Park, Siraspur. He is unmarried.
RECOVERIES MADE:           A sharp edged wood cutting instrument used
in commission of crime.
