Fees are due no later than August 14th . A late fee will apply if payment is not made by August 14th Students receiving OSAP to cover their first term fees, please refer below. If your September OSAP funds will not cover your outstanding balance due August 14th, the difference must be paid no later than August 14th to avoid a late fee. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU VERIFY YOUR OSAP FUNDING ON-LINE AT http://osap.gov.on.ca under “Check Status” or “Total Funding Issued”. DO NOT CALL BRESCIA AS THAT INFORMATION WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED. OSAP funding will be available for pick up from the Business Office, beginning
ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION FOR RECEIPT OF OSAP FUNDING To pick up your funding, you must provide: SOCIAL INSURANCE CARD AND One of the following photo identification: Valid Driver’s License Valid Passport Age of Majority issued through LCBO Canadian Citizenship Card Permanent Resident Card Ontario Health Card with photo (the green one and not the red and white version) Expired government ID is not accepted. Government documents issued which are related to OSAP and T4s will NOT be accepted as a substitution for the valid SIN card **If you are paying your tuition fees from your OSAP funding, please note: If your loan is available for pick up from September 8-16 , you are paying your fees from your loan and you do not pick it up by end of day on September 16th, you will be charged a late fee.** You will need to take your OSAP documents for processing to a local participating postal outlet. You will need to provide the postal outlet with your banking information; void cheque or information including your bank ID #, transit number, account number along with the name of the bank and address.
