REQUEST: To authorize the continued use of a 61-foot high monopole with (12)
antennas and associated equipment situated adjacent to a furniture warehouse
within the M-1.5-BE (Light Manufacturing-Billboard Exclusion) zone located at
20011 N. Walnut Drive within the Walnut zoned district. The project is
Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to
the Class 1 Categorical Exemption (Existing Facilities).

exempt under Class 3 Categorical Exemption- New Construction or Conversion of

within a 500 square-foot fenced enclosure in the A-2-1 (Heavy Agricultural; 1-acre
minimum lot size) zone, 31650 Spring Canyon Road, Agua Dulce, in the Soledad
Zoned District. This project is categorically exempt under Class 3 (Small Structures)
of the CEQA reporting requirements.

REQUEST: To authorize the continued operation and maintenance of an existing
wireless telecommunication facility, consisting of antennas mounted on a 45-foot high
monopole, equipment cabinets, utility connections, and other appurtenant facilities
within a fenced enclosure in the A-2-1 (Heavy Agricultural; 1-acre minimum lot size)
zone, 31650 Spring Canyon Road, Agua Dulce, in the Soledad Zoned District. This
project is categorically exempt under Class 1 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA
reporting requirements.

APPLICANT: Hafsa Corporation
REQUEST: To authorize the continued sale of a full line of alcoholic beverages
Type 21, for off-site consumption in conjunction with the operation of a full service
supermarket in the C-3 (Unlimited Commercial) zone, 8601 South Hooper Avenue in
the Compton–Florence, Firestone Park Zoned District and Florence Firestone
Community Standards District. The project is Categorically Exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act pursuant to the Class 1 Categorical Exemption (Existing
Facilities).
