(43/09/0095) Letter received from neighbouring occupier raising no objection to the proposal.

(b) Erection of extension to the front of the property and single story flat roof extension at 78

6. SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL have GRANTED PERMISSION for the erection of an
extension to the existing school building (for use as additional classrooms, staff room and
storage) and conversion existing staff room to therapy suite, together with additional ancillary
works at Wellesley Park Primary School, Homefield, Wellington (43/09/0089)

7. RYLANDS FARM
Following the decision to approve a development at Rylands Farm, the assistant clerk has
approached Somerset Highways to arrange a meeting for councillors to discuss traffic issues
and is awaiting a response.
John Hamer, Taunton Deane Borough Council’s Planning Officer, will be in
attendance. PLEASE NOTE: COPIES OF ALL PLANNING APPLICATIONS TO BE DETERMINED AND
CONSIDERED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL WILL BE ON DISPLAY IN THE UNITED REFORMED CHURCH HALL ON THE
DAY OF THE MEETING
