• Retail Customer: Those who purchase our product at a re-sell price set by you.
• Wholesale Customer: Customers who have been enrolled by a Vía Member are eligible to
purchase the product at wholesale prices and have it shipped directly from VíaVienté.
• Member: Wholesale Customers who elect to participate in the VíaVienté Commission Plan.
• Business Center: A position in the 3 x 8 Matrix that allows you to earn commissions on sales.
• Commission Points “CP”: The points that are assigned to each product purchase that are used
in calculating your commission income.
• Qualifying Points “QP”: The points that are assigned to each product purchase that are used
in calculating your Rank Advancements. Qualifying Points “QP” are usually, but not always, equal to the
Commission Points generated from a product sale.
Enrollment: You may enroll in VíaVienté in two different ways:
Wholesale Customer:
1a. You may choose to enroll simply as a Wholesale Customer which enables you to buy product at the
Wholesale Price. There is no annual fee for Wholesale Customers. Product is shipped directly to you from
the VíaVienté warehouse.
1b. A Wholesale Customer may become a Vía Member simply by enrolling another Wholesale Customer.
An annual US$ 30 Member Fee will be deducted from your first commissions at this time.
Enroll Directly as a Member (2 ways):
2a. FastTrac Enrollment: Complete an online Member Agreement, agreeing to the VíaVienté Policies,
Procedures and Commission Plan, purchase a 12-bottle order at the time of enrollment which activates
one position in the Matrix (one Business Center). A US$ 25 fee will be due upon becoming a Vía Member
and on your anniversary date. This Renewal Process to collect this fee will apply for each Business Center
you own and operate.
2b. SuperFastTrac Enrollment: Complete an online Member Agreement, agreeing to the VíaVienté
Policies, Procedures and Commission Plan, purchase a 12-bottle order at the time of

fee will be due upon becoming a Vía Member and on your anniversary date. This Renewal
