POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS:

Ingestion of meclofenamic acid may cause gastrointestinal irritation, manifested by nausea and diarrhea.

ACUTE EFFECTS:

Adverse effects associated with exposure to Arquel tablets are generally allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Not considered a route of exposure unless tablets are crushed and inhaled, which may be harmful. May be harmful if ingested, causing gastrointestinal distress including nausea and diarrhea. May be irritating to the skin, and may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals manifested by redness, rashes, and other symptoms. May be irritating to the eyes.
