									White Salsa
1 cup real mayonnaise               3 cloves of garlic
1 cup light sour cream              Juice of one lime
2 bunches of green onion            Black pepper
4 oz. black olives                  1 tsp. Tabasco

Using Quick chef, chop onion, garlic & black olives. Using funnel,
add lime juice & Tabasco. Add all other ingredients & use the
quick paddle to mix. Serve with yellow corn chips.

 Breading for Chicken, Fish, &                                       Tuna Salad
          Pork Chops                                                   1 small onion
                                                                       2 stalks of celery
Simply toss some Ritz or Town House crackers into the                  1 can tuna, drained

                                                            blend well. Spread over cooled crust using Saucy Silicone
                                                            Spatula. Sprinkle generously with assorted cut up veggies, then
                                                            add shredded cheese.

Simply Salsa                                                           Chocolate Mint Pie
                                                                        2 cups milk
 1 can diced tomato (15 oz.)                                            Large package instant chocolate pudding mix
 1 Tbsp. Chef Series Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend                 1 chocolate pre-made pie crust
 1 medium onion (peeled and cut in quarters)                            18 Mint Oreo Cookies

Cinnamon & Honey Butter
 ½ pint whipping cream                                                 Oreo Blizzard
 ½ to1 teaspoon Cinnamon Vanilla
                                                                         Place 4 Oreos in the Quick Chef & turn handle till
 1 teaspoon Splenda
                                                                         chopped. Add 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 4 Tbs. milk,
 1 to 2 teaspoon Honey

 Whipping Cream should be at room temperature
                                                                         NOTE: Substitute chocolate chip ice cream for vanilla, or
                                                                         use Snickers bars, or M&Ms instead of Oreos.
 Place whipping cream & Splenda in Tupperware Quick Chef,
 using paddle, & turn for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain milk and work with
 spoon until smooth. Add Tupperware Cinnamon & Vanilla Spice
 Blend & honey, mix well place in a Tupperware Snack Cup and         Peachy Salsa
 refrigerate.
                                                                      1 large Granny Smith apples, cored & cut into wedges

                                                                    Cole Slaw

                                                                      1/2 head of regular cabbage, quartered      2 Tbsp sugar
 1 medium onion (peeled and cut in half)

 2 T. apple jelly (any flavor will work)
 2 T. brown sugar (optional)                                    Place whipping cream & Splenda in Tupperware Quick Chef,
 1 squirt lemon juice                                           using paddle, & turn for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain milk and work with

Fruit Salsa II                                                           3 Avocadoes                     1 large onion
  1 Granny Smith Apple                                                   Latin Sensation to taste!
  7 Strawberries
  2 Kiwis                                                                Cut onion in half & dice in the Quick Chef. Cut
                                                                         avocadoes in half lengthways around seed &
