Large manufacturer in Sunset Hills seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their
finance department. This person will be primarily responsible for accounts receivable functions, sales
reporting, as well as tracking customer debits/invoicing. The client is looking for someone with a strong
accounting background and general business knowledge.

    Perform all A/R functions, including:
       o   Invoicing shipments and returns
       o   Processing and recording payments
       o   Pricing maintenance
       o   All A/R aging and collection activities
       o   Assist with month-end closing
    Enter customer information into database
    Run weekly sales reports
    Assist with various customer service issues
   High school or equivalent, with at least 9 hours of coursework in accounting. Associate’s degree or
   accounting certificate preferred
    5-8 years relevant experience. MUST HAVE at least 3 years of experience in A/R and collections.
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    Must have data entry experience
    Knowledge of AS400 preferred
   Working knowledge of general accounting concepts (debit, credit, accruals, amortization, etc.) and
   GAAP required
    Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks
