Instructions

2. A summary of achievements is to be entered into the achievements section of the PDR form. Any supporting documentation may be attached and referred to in the summary.
3. Where no performance rating is required, comments may be included in the relevant cell.

4. Performance Goals relevant to the Strategy are to be defined. The goals are to include details of development needs, the performance measure and timeframe to achieve.
5. Strategies 3 and 4, faculty specific performance measures are defined (ref Table One). Where no faculty performance measure is provided the default measure is the UC performance
measure.
