Course          This particular course has been designed to give an understanding to
Description     participants about knitting technology and its management. Participants will be
                adequately taught starting from history of knitting to most modern
                development in knitting technology. Furthermore, they will be made familiar
                with the knitting manufacturing systems and its managements. In addition to
                that participants will be made able to single handedly control quality of knitted
                fabric production.

Expected        It is expected that after completion of this course participants will be able to
Outcomes        understand one of the most important fabric formation process and this would
                also help understanding forthcoming courses of textile e.g. wet processing and
                garment manufacturing etc.
