Ingredients: Ivermectin, Propylene Glycol SECTION 3: SARA TITLE III/SECTION 313 SUPPLIER NOTIFICATION This product contains the following toxic chemicals subject to the reporting requirements of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 and of CFR 372: CAS # CHEMICAL NAME This product contains no 313 chemicals. SECTION 4: HEALTH HAZARD DATA AND FIRST AID Occupational Exposure Limit: Not Established Effects of overexposure: ROUTE OF ENTRY Eyes Skin Ingestion Inhalation Carcinogenicity: Not established, but none of the ingredients are considered carcinogenic. Primary Routes of Entry: Eyes, skin, ingestion, and inhalation. PERCENT BY WEIGHT

Nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, irritation of eyes, nose and throat. EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES Flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Wash with soap and water. Induce vomiting if victim is conscious. (Never induce vomiting in an unconscious person.) Seek medical attention if adverse reactions occur. Immediately remove to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if needed.
