  new things to our environment:

    • New…noises, spaces, tiny furniture,
       etc.

• How to successfully integrate the
  Children's Center into Taco Bell and
  Taco Bell into the Children's Center?

    • It began with learning the
       language...

                Every company has one!
•   Not just ABC's…but also ABR’s, RSC, WIN,
    EIT, and many more!

•   Importance of integrating the Children's
    Center team into the culture of Taco Bell.
      • Center Director attended key trainings,
        like those a new employee would go
        through.
          o Provides the company “Dictionary”
          o Positioned to be a bridge for the
             center staff to the organization.

                     Taco Walks and More!
•   As the Children’s Center became part of our
    culture, successful integration occurred:
      • Kid’s on “Taco Walks”!
      • Shared events – Christmas, Halloween
          o Parents bringing co-workers to activities
      • Tumbling class for the kids in our employee
         Wellness Center.

•   New opportunities to connect abound…
     • Community and volunteer outreach
         o Taco Bell and Bright Horizons foundations,
           Discovery Science Center, etc
     • Food fun and more!

• Feedback from participating parents is that a connected center means:
   • A stronger sense of belonging for them and their children
