  Dear Leader,

  We proudly present the paperwork for the 10th annual Big Bludge –It’s your Party! Celebrating 10 years of the Boroondara
  Big Bludge! You’re invited to camp, eat, and dress in various themes. Will it be a surprise or slumber party?
   Sites will again be assessed for the L G Williams trophy.
   On Saturday night prepare a Party Meal! Patrols or Troops should invite different Leaders to dine with them and help
      prepare their assessment for the Rainbow Simpson trophy (traditionally won by the Guides).
   Also on Saturday night the popular return of the big screen.
   Plus lots of exciting daytime activities, the Scouts Own, the Iron Man and woman challenge, and more!
  The organising team has assembled all the ingredients for a fun weekend for Scouts, Guides, Venturers, Rovers and

  Your job is to motivate your Troop or Guides and bring them to another memorable Bludge.
   Talk about the Bludge with your kids, especially your Patrol Leaders.
   Start planning how you’ll tackle it.
   Invite a parent or two to attend and help. For past Big Bludges, some smart Leaders have invited parents to be the
     catering team, or to be “party poppers” looking after gear for the weekend. Others bring them along for their audition to
     be Leaders next year. Please note that requirements are now in place that ALL adults attending will need a police
   Prepare your own BBB notice and distribute it with the official Bludge form.
   NOTE: Your camp fee will include Patrol food plus the Bludge fee of $30 per Scout/Guide
   Fill in the Leader forms, too. (Remember ALL adults on site MUST have both a Medical/Health form AND a completed
     Police Clearance form
  By Friday 4 November please advise Glen Pendavingh of contact details for:
   The Leader coordinating your Bludge involvement (including email)
   Names and addresses of your Bludge PLs so we can mail them the BBB booklet for their Patrol your estimated

  By Friday November 18 please return paperwork & monies:
  to Boroondara Big Bludge, PO Box 20, MITCHAM 3132 or by arrangement with Glen Pendavingh
   Individual Scout/Guide applications (inc. health and emergency information)
   Leader applications (inc. any accommodation or meal requests)
   a summary form (inc. PL name and addresses so we can mail them the BBB booklet for their Patrol)
   a cheque to cover all Scout/Guide/Leader fees
