         The evening begins in the harbour of Monaco, when guests will be
         welcomed aboard a 35m Riva Domino yacht with a glass of Mumm Cordon Rouge and amuse-
         bouches by LeNotre, before being whisked to the heavens for the experience of a lifetime.
DINNER    IN THE SKY

         Once aloft, they will be surrounded by exquisite luxury: chandeliers and glasses of finest St. Louis
         crystal,and cutlery by Christofle, and a view to die for, observable from the 360º seats. The
         dinner itself will be accompanied by the legendary Cuvee R. Lalou 1998, derived from the seven
         Grands Crus of Maison Mumm champagne, an exceptionally light touch.

GREAT CHEFS IN THE MONEGASQUE SKY

         Fifteen tables for twenty-two guests will be on sale. Each one will be specifically
         orchestrated by a chef : Joël Robuchon (Restaurant Joël Robuchon ** - Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo Monaco),
         Marcel Ravin (Restaurant Blue Bay - Hôtel Monte-Carlo Bay, Monaco), Joël Garault (Restaurant Vistamar -
         Hôtel Hermitage, Monaco), Philippe Joannès (Park Lenôtre, Mougins), Christian Sinicropi (Restaurant La
         Palme D’Or**- Hôtel Martinez, Cannes), Denis Fetisson, (la Place de Mougins, Mougins),
         Michel Portos (Restaurant Saint - James ** - Hôtel Saint - James, Bouliac).
         Christian Garcia, the chef of SAS, Le Prince Albert II will lead the three dinners in duet with Bernard Vaussion
         , the'Elysee’s chief, Jerome Rigaud, the Kremlin’s chef and Fabrizio Boca, the Quirinale’s chief.

    After completing his classes at the Hotel Hermitage and the Monte Carlo beatch, Christian Garcia
    entered the Hotel de Paris in 1982. In 1987, four months after the arrival of Alain Ducasse at the
    Hotel de Paris, he’ve been offered to join the royal the royal family at the palace of Monaco for a
    period of 7 months. He did not left for 23 years.

    Bernard Vaussion was chef for Presidents Pompidou, Giscard D'Estaing, Mitterrand, Chirac and Sar-
    kozy.

    Kremlin – Jérôme Rigaud
    Executive Chef at the Kremlin since September 2008.
    His career began in France in the kitchens of Joel Robuchon in Paris,
    Three Michelin stars and continued to Roanne in the team of Michel Troisgros, also 3 starsMichelin,
    with whom he was second chef. It has consolidated its experience in France and Beirut in Lebanon
    before coming to Moscow.

    From his native Caribbean cuisine at the direction of the Monte Carlo Bay, his rise was meteoric.
    25 years in Martinique, he received a gold key from Gault Millau. Back in France, he quickly took the position
    of Deputy Chief of Bistroquet * Nancy, then deputy chief executive of Meridien Part-Dieu in Lyon. He finished to
    go up through the ranks to the Meridien Brussels where his talent was rewarded with a 16 out of 20 Gault Mil-
    lau.

    Le Park Lenôtre, Mougins - Philippe Joannès
    Philippe Joannes collects the most coveted culinary awards, including the «Prix Taittinger Prosper
    Montagné», «Perreux» and title of «Meilleur Ouvrier de France». After leading
    Pavillon Elysée and ensured the development of catering products Lenôtre , he took the
    direction of kitchens Lenôtre Riviera in 2001.

    Hôtel Hermitage - Restaurant le Vistamar, Monaco - Joël Garault
    He first became the second of Christian Willer at La Palme d'Or Hotel Martinez in Cannes, before
    moving to La Reserve in Beaulieu. In charge of La Coupole *** in the heart of the Hotel Mirabeau
