                                    2011 D1 Girls Teams Participation

U9-U13 Gold and Silver Teams – these teams will continue participation in the local regional league and
the statewide league affiliated with Nor Cal Premier soccer as appropriate by age and by level of play.
This has been consistent for the past few years.

U14-U18 Gold Teams – These teams will participate in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL)and the
Nor Cal regional academy league as outlined below.

U14-U18 1st and 2nd Silver teams – These teams will play in the league which offers the most local
competition. That currently looks as though it is Nor Cal Premier. DFC, Walnut Creek, Lamorinda, Bay
Oaks, San Ramon, Castro Valley, Dublin, Newark, Fremont, ACC Mavericks and EDYSL have all indicated
their intent to participate in the local leagues. The better silver teams that would qualify for the Nor Cal
Premier regional academy league would face De Anza, Cal Odyssey, San Juan, Placer, DFC, Marin, Sac
United, Davis, Bay Oaks, ACC Mavericks, Pleasanton, Santa Rosa and Modesto Ajax as they have all
indicated they will pursue participation in the new Regional academy league.
