                   Idiom Concept Map

Now you will select one of the idioms to create a concept
map. Your concept map must include all of the following on
a single piece of blank paper.

   The idiom

 The definition of your idiom in your own words

 A literal definition of the idiom. What does the idiom
mean if you define it exactly as it is written?

 A graphic representation of the literal interpretation of
    the idiom (draw a picture)

 A context sentence using the idiom

Once you complete the map, you will create a short skit
with your partner. In this skit, you will explain your
idiom. Make sure you state your idiom in the skit. Be
appropriate. Your skit should last no longer than two
  minutes.
