1. Chemical, Biological, Radiological,
Nuclear and Explosive Planning (CBRNE)

•   Risk assessment

2. Incident Planning and Response

•   Risk asses non CBRNE

3. Training and Exercising

• Deliver enhanced Command and Control training
• Deliver systems and incident co-ordination room
  training and exercising
• Deliver A&E, Primary Care and on site health
  provider training on the early recognition and
  management of CBRNE incidents
• Deliver a programme of exercises to test plans
  and processes.

4. NHS Co-ordination

• Scope the requirements for NHS co-ordination
  functions and resources for pre, peri and post
  games
• Identify gaps in requirement for the games and
  current provision
• Deliver a ‘fit for purpose’ NHS co-ordination centre
  for the Games
• Deliver training and exercising in relation to the use
  of the NHS co-ordination centre in advance of the
  games.

5. Multi-agency Command and Control
• Scope the need and demand for multi agency
  liaison and contribution to multi agency command
  and control
• Support multi agency work around command and
  control development and provision
• Deliver a staffing schedule for Pre, peri and post
  games
• Deliver training to staff identified for multi agency
  command and control.

6. Communications

• Scope the requirement for robust and resilient
  communications with NHS organisations of London,
  the LAS, HPA and Olympic command and control
  arrangements
• Develop a communications strategy for pre, peri and
  post Olympic games
• Deliver a ‘fit for purpose’ communications system for
  the NHS of London for Pre, peri and post games
• Deliver training and exercising in the use of new
  communications technologies.

• Scope the requirement for Information
  Management Technology
• Scope the user requirement
• Acquire IMT requirement
• Deliver training and exercising of new IMT
