With this program eXample Consulting Group achieved the GOLDEN JUBILEE milestone in Lean Six Sigma public programs (50 PROGRAMS – ACROSS INDIA - 100% ON SCHEDULE – JUST 2 YEARS!!)
The program was held at Hotel Southern Crest, T.Nagar and was attended by participants from leading companies like Mahindra Satyam (previously Satyam Computers), Allsec Technologies and Flextronics with participants travelling even Bangalore to attend this program. The LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT program was conducted spread over two weekends to make it convenient to attend without work disruption or absence. The sessions covered advanced concepts, techniques, practical exercises and implementation elements of Lean and Six Sigma based on the Integrated DMAIC framework. It helped each participant to closely relate Lean Six Sigma to their work roles in their respective organizations, understand customer needs using QFD, identify and shortlist key projects, develop the business case and project charter, identify and manage stakeholders, project plan and identify risks, map the value stream and assess current value stream performance levels, conduct R&R studies, establish current baseline with data, obtain process and performance capability and measure critical assets productivity as well. It also helped participants to analyze the value stream for key bottlenecks and wastes, perform in-depth causal analysis, build linear and non-linear cause-effect regression models, apply tests of hypothesis, design, plan and conduct a live in-class design of experiment, analyze the data and build the cause-effect model and test for significance of main/interaction effects, perform Monte-carlo simulation and analyze the outputs, develop solutions, assess risk with FMEA, create change management plan and set up appropriate controls with Control charts, Poka-Yoke, standardization, TPM/SMED, Visual / 5s controls for gainful and sustainable results. The program covered extensive details in each of these topical areas to build deep understanding and advanced Black Belt level competencies in the participants. A full cycle case study was utilized to impart deep and rich learning, use of mock questions to build full preparedness, games, exercises, memory joggers and use of humorous quotes and anecdotes to ensure enjoyable learning along with extensive interactions, discussions and Q&A sessions. All participants were awarded LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT participation certificate by eXample Consulting Group. The LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT Assessment Test was conducted on the last day of the program based on the results of which the participants are awarded the "Lean Sigma BLACK BELT

Course Completion" certificate. The summary of participant feedback about the program is presented below.
