   $1,000,000 per occurrence limit
   $2,000,000 annual aggregate limit
   $100,000 fire legal liability
   Deductible: $2,500 per occurrence

   Who is Covered?
    The local undergraduate and graduate chapter, when it obeys the laws of the institution,
     local, state, and federal entities as well as the policies of your Fraternity
    Undergraduate & graduate chapter officers, executive committee, committee chairman
     and members while performing the duties of chapter membership.
    The undergraduate chapter advisors and undergraduate chapter advisory committee
     members while their performing their appointed duties.
    National Fraternity, its officers, staff members and appointed volunteers while
     performing the services of their salaried or volunteer positions
General Liability Insurance Coverage

   Who is NOT Covered?
    Any individual undergraduate, alumnus and respective chapter involved in violation of
     Risk Management policy
    Any member whose illegal or intentional actions result in death or injury to an
     individual or property damage
    Members’ parents or family members and guests of chapter members
    College/University administration

   Claims filed by Members, Candidates for Membership and Alumni due to allegations of
    wrongful termination of membership or being wrongfully excluded from the opportunity to
    join an organization
   Employment related claims including the following:
    „ Wrongful Termination

    „ Discrimination
   Claims brought by members, candidates for membership or 3rd parties against local Alumni
    Associations or Chapter Advisors alleging fiduciary negligence in undertaking the roles and
    responsibilities of the their leadership position

What is MAPP?
Member Accident Protection Program - Undergraduates
 Markel Insurance Company
  Supplemental accident and life policy for all undergraduate members and candidates for
   membership in good standing with the National Fraternity and enrolled at the host
   institution where the chapter is located
  Injury does not have to arise out of a chapter event
  Coverage is afforded 24/7/365
  Certain exclusions apply, please see policy information
  Claim must be submitted within 180 days of injury

     A Graduate Member is injured while playing basketball in the summer which
