Significant Results: (Project Manager position only)  Assigned as Lead Project Manager Role for company’s largest project ever, Price Removal. Standardized pricing throughout all store locations on signage, on shelves, POS system and distribution centers. Interfaced and coordinated across all IT application development teams and IT operations areas and various business functional departments. These changes were required to meet legal pricing requirements.  Oversaw private-label credit card program conversion, development and implementation, adding revenue and increasing customer retention.  Develop new functionality in Advertised Merchandise system to automatically create purchase orders for items that will be “on sale” to ensure the items are instock during the advertised week. This eliminated the need for the buyers to manually identify the need to place orders and improved customer satisfaction.  Modified financial applications to automatically capture markdowns taken at pointof-sale for special circumstances improving accuracy and customer satisfaction.  Modify applications to allow individual stores to have different prices allowing changes in demographics and seasons improving customer satisfaction.  Design, develop and implement a system to automate the markdown and clearance aged merchandise eliminating buyer responsibility to ensure merchandise is cleared out to make room in the stores for new merchandise to improve merchandise flow.  Modify the purchase order process to automatically redistribute the on-order volume based on store sales to reduce store out-of-stocks resulting in higher customer satisfaction.  Significantly reduced time and resources required for store personnel to perform store critical functions reducing store payroll costs, improving accuracy and improved customer satisfaction.  Enhanced application processing and maintainability to reduce run-time.
