									Job Description: Administrative Assistant                      (Part-time or Full-time available. $8 - $12 / hour depending on experience).

We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to support our home office. The Administrative Assistant is
responsible for the following tasks:
        Scheduling client appointments
        Receiving in-bound calls and emails
        Performing out-bound follow-up and confirmation calls
        Managing payroll and daily operations documents
        Ordering inventory and supplies
        Assistant to owners
This person must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. This person will be expected to build positive,
effective relationships with our clients and know their specific needs and wants. Our company strives to create a unique,

        High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
        Previous administrative support experience is desired but not required.
        Demonstrated ability and personal commitment to serve others and provide exceptional customer service. It is
        critical that this position provide supportive, courteous and professional support to our clients and vendors.
        Thorough command of communications, both verbal and written, that enables effective and professional
        communications with clients and vendors.
        Work ethic attributes sought include being punctual, responsive, reliable and responsible.
        Able to work with minimal or no immediate supervision and in both an independent and team environment.
        Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential client information.
        Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong organizational skills, often managing several projects for a several
        affiliate business partners.
