Planning Scheme Ordinance The Planning Scheme Ordinance is amended as follows: 3. In Overlays – Clause 43.02, replace Schedule 4 with a new Schedule 4 in the form of the attached document. The details of the changes are as follows: • 4. Subclause 3.0 has been amended.
In Particular Provisions – Clause 52.01, replace the schedule with a new schedule in the form of the attached document.
