Make A Rain Cloud
Supplies: 1. Warm water 2. Jar 3. Ice 4. Metal dish Background: Anything that cools air significantly will cause water vapor to condense. If the warm, moist air comes into contact with a cold surface it will chill the air. You can make water vapor condense and form a cloud by chilling air. Procedure: 1. Place ice in the metal dish. Let it stand until the dish is very cold. 2. Place 1 inch of warm water in the jar. 3. Place the metal dish over the top of the jar. What is happening inside the jar? Draw a picture of what happened.
