Mid-term performance appraisal reviews should now be taking place with employees. Reviews should be documented on form AD-435A, Performance Plan Worksheet. Information concerning reviews is located in General Manual 360 - Part 409.22. Also, during this review, supervisors are required to provide career counseling.
