Location                         London Heathrow Airport - Terminal 5
Contracted hours                 5 days out of 7 - 40 hours per week
                                 mixed shifts between the hours of 06.00hrs and 23.00hrs
Salary                           £16,800 per annum

What is the hotel like?          Award winning Luxury hotel directly connected to Heathrow Airport’s
                                 terminal 5 with 605 bedrooms and suites, 45 meeting rooms, 5
                                 restaurants and bars and a luxury spa.

What will I be doing?            The Housekeeping Department is responsible for the upkeep and
                                 cleanliness of the entire hotel including guest rooms, public areas, Food
                                 & Beverage outlets, spa facilities, back of house areas and team
                                 member facilities. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
                                 -    Supervising and coaching the Room Attendant team to ensure their
                                      daily duties are completed.
                                 -    Ensuring all accommodation areas of the hotel are cleaned to the
                                      required hotel and company standards
                                 -    Ensuring the fabric of guest bedrooms is maintained to the required
                                      hotel and company standards.
                                 -    Maintaining the standard of all equipment used by the team and
                                      ensuring repairs are dealt with promptly
                                 -    Implement and deliver a set cleaning routine to include regular
                                      spring cleaning, hot spots etc
                                 -    Ensure waste is minimised when using cleaning materials –i.e.
                                      chemicals
                                 -    Implement and action Housekeeping SOP’S and Daily Standards
                                 -    Ensure that requests by HOD and other Senior Management
                                      members are completed
                                 -    Ensure that all guest requests are carried out in a timely manner
