Types of Programs/Services Available: Space: Mixed lab/office & light manufacturing: 1) 17,000 sq.ft. of wetlab/office space ranging from 200-425 sf individual offices and labs to as much as 8,000 sf units available from $7 to $15 per square foot per year (additional "shell" space can be finished out to tenant specifications within 90 days); 2) 18,000 sq.ft. of light manufacturing area (all utilities) subdivided into units as small as 2400 sf available at $3.50 to $4.50 per square foot per year Funding: SBIR seed financing, SBA Loans, SBTDC assistance programs, and affiliation with Entrepreneurial Development Council.
