NOTE: 3. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION Primary Routes of Entry: Skin contact, eye contact Routes of Entry/Affects of Exposure Inhalation: Mists can cause irritation of the upper respiratory tract. Skin: Contact with the skin can cause irritation which may be delayed. Eyes: Contact with the eyes can cause severe irritation. Ingestion: This product is considered primarily an irritant with slight ingestive toxicity. Aspiration of vomited matter may damage the lungs due to surfactancy, so vomiting should not be induced. Chronic Effects of Exposure: May cause areas of tissue damage or dermatitis. Carcinogenicity: The components in this product are not listed in the IARC, NTP, OSHA, or PA lists of carcinogens. CA Proposition 65: N/A. Medical conditions aggravated by exposure: May aggravate existing skin or eye or respiratory conditions. First Aid Measures Oral Ingestion: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! If person is conscious, immediately administer large quantities of water or milk. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a physician. Special Note: Skin Contact: Immediately flush contaminated skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes while flushing with water. If burn or irritation occurs, call a physician. Eye Contact: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of clean, running water for at least 15 minutes, holding eyelids apart to ensure flushing of the entire eye surface. Call a physician. Wearing recommended protective equipment, remove bulk of liquid. Add dry material to absorb remaining liquid; pick up and containerize spilled material for recover or disposal. Flush spill area with water to eliminate residues. Waste disposal method: This product does not meet the EPA criteria of a hazardous waste as specified in 40 CFR 261. Dispose of product in an approved landfill in accordance with state and local regulations. Dispose of in a licensed hazardous waste disposal facility in compliance with all applicable laws. 10.
