*The GWA and the CWA indicated here are the minimum a student must have in order to be considered for admission.
 However, the effective cut-off averages will be determined by the Undergraduate Committee or its representative,
subject to the quota requirement of the School, the available slots and the averages of all applicants applying for admission.


Deadline for submission of application form is 15 April 2011. For those taking summer
courses, grades must be submitted no later than 30 May 2011. Applications with pending
summer grades in required courses shall not be eligible for consideration after this date.


              I hereby certify that the information I have given above is true and correct. I
understand that admission is subject to the quota requirement of the School. I will therefore
notify the Office of the Secretary, School of Economics, within the week after I am admitted, if
I will accept the slot reserved for me; otherwise the slot will be given to other interested and
qualified applicants who are next in rank.

Payment

and pay a

printing
materials
issued to
him.
9. If the
applicant
wishes to
substitute
