Spearheaded the expansion of the Southeast Region as a Life Coach Trainer for the Life
Purpose Institute. This was the very first expansion in this company’s 25 year history. The
expansion has been very successful with 3 training seminars performed per year since 2007
and over 100 hundred graduates thus far.
Co-founded Global Coaching Solution and co-authored the book “Pursuing a Better Life”
which is the manual for the training course and a stand-alone handbook for the public.
Provided quality training and educational services for all levels of clinicians, supported
staff and physicians that played a role in patient care. Also provided computer classroom
instruction on Epic clinical applications. Acted as a change agent and promoted positive
energy for the acceptance of the new system especially in the go-live environment.
Administered post instruction evaluations to all go-live staff.
Created and delivered new staff training that included company policies and procedures.
The quality of people hired improved therefore increasing client satisfaction. Sales for the
year increased by 250K and staff turn over decreased by over 50 percent.
Negotiated and prepared contracts for medical services for hospice and worker’s
compensation clients. Successful in recruiting providers while in an atmosphere of
reluctance due to challenging medical conditions and reimbursement issues.
Spearheaded the effort to initiate a centrally based infusion division to the company, which
resulted in a significant decrease in the use of outside pharmacies therefore increasing the
company’s market share of infusion business and improving profits by 4% in one year.
Trained students in both field and classroom venues, preparing them for a career in the
public or private sector. Achieved a 99% graduation rate.
