B 130B ADVERSARY PROCEEDING INDEX CARD Although most bankruptcy courts maintain electronic indices of bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, the indices of older proceedings may be kept on B 130B, Adversary Proceeding Index Cards. Fed. R. Bankr. P. 5003(d) provides that "[t]he clerk shall keep indices of all cases and adversary proceedings. . . ." The B 130B card, containing the office number, adversary proceeding docket number, date complaint filed, name of debtor, plaintiff and defendant, nature of suit, disposition date, and cross reference to judgment index, serves as a source of basic information about the adversary proceeding. The card is no longer attached to the bankruptcy case docket set.
