El Capistrano Village

San Juan De Capistrano
The Urbanization San Juan de Capistrano is a beautiful, village like construction which has everything you want. You will not forget the views from the
panorama terrace to the sea, Nerja and the mountains. The whole urbanization is built in terraces with tropical gardens and green areas. The building style is
similar to the Andalusian. The location of the apartments are all private which guarantees peaceful holidays. You live in a exclusive and in a private
atmosphere. The distance to the beach is about 1-2 km, to the swimming pool and the bus stop about 200 m. A regularly bus shuttle takes you to the beach
or to Nerja. To the communal swimming pool ( April to October) there is as well a small pool for children. San Juan has a large residents' pool, together with
a separate shallow pool for young children. Around the pool are several small restaurants and bars together with a shop. The town and beaches are about 5
minutes in the car from San Juan and are also served by the local bus service every half hour. There is ample car parking. Our residential property manager
can arrange car hire and transfers to and from the airport, if required.
Most apartments have south facing terraces with sea views and small gardens if there on the ground level. They rent out all year round with a good rental

Jardines de Nerja
Jardines de Nerja is a small oasis of lush gardens and tropical pools. Situated on the hillside behind Nerja, it is adjacent to the famous El Capistrano Village
area. Jardines de Nerja is a small complex of town houses and villas and is completely private, the only access is through private gates. This is a area of
beauty as most houses have excellent sea views and have small gardens and terraces. The pool is large and has a lot of grass area. There are plenly of
areas for shade from the burning sun within the tropical gardens. All the houses are accessed through small quaint walkways. There is ample car park space
in the complex.
The Urbanization is a small resedential area adjacent to Capistrano village. It is located high on the hillside overlooking Nerja and the Mediteranean Sea.
The location of the apartments, and town houses are all private which guarantees peaceful holidays. The pool at El Algarrobo is large enough to cater for 60
persons and is open from May to October. There is a full-time lifegaurd stationed at the pool. Toilets facilities, and a small shop are made available.
Algarrobo has some wonderful exotic plants and gardens within the many narrow paths leading to the houses.
Chumbera Hill & Chimenea Area
Chumbera Hill is located on the East side of Nerja. Located in an elevated position the area enjoys excellent views towards the mountains. There are no high-
rised building here, just small 'pueblo' style villas and apartments. Most of the properties look out to the fertile land that sweeps down from the Sierra
Almijara's to the sea. Burriana Beach is only a 5 minute walk downhill along a path, where you can find restaurants, bars, and cafes. The pool is located
nearby so it's not far from any on the properties in this area. As you walk through Chumbera you will see an array of exotic flowers and the sound of water
cascading through the rocks at the waterfall feature and the fountains.
Oasis De Capistrano
"Oasis de Capistrano" is settled in a beautiful landscaped valley within the charming old town of Nerja. With their white walls, red tile roofs, and black wrought
ironwork, the villa’s are surrounded by an abundance of lush semi- tropical plants and vibrant cascading bougainvillea which line the tiled walkways that lead
down towards the village bar, restaurant and exclusive swimming pools. Oasis de Capistrano is a well maintained complex, set in beauthifully matured
gardens, with two communal swimming pools and a childrens pool. A life guard is on duty during high season. There are two privately owned restaurants on
the complex, both within walking distance of the properties. The nearest supermarket is within easy reach of the complex.
The village is a superb buy to rent location, villas and apartments are available for resale and most already have rental contracts agreed that you can take

the best beach of Nerja, is just at 5 minutes walk from the apartment (you can also go by car). The nicest way to go from the apartment to the city center and
the other beaches of Nerja is taking the nice panoramic walk from Burriana Beach to the Balcony of Europe, all along the Nerja coastline. Capistrano playa is
a peaceful location, set in the hillside overlooking Burriana Beach. It is beautifully designed with illuminated gardens and walkways and it's own ornamental
lake. This site provides an adult and children's pool, reception, bar and restaurant.
A spacious one bedroom apartment will cost from 140,000 €, most are bright and well equipped with French doors from both the bedroom and lounge leading
onto the terrace which have views of the sea and beach. Just 5 minutes walk to the Burriana Beach through the complex gardens and a pleasant 10 minute

Punta Lara & Tropicana
Tropicana, Punta Lara and Casablanca urbanisations are all together so you also have a selection of other restaurants within walking distance. The three
urbanizations are built in terraces with tropical gardens and green areas. The building style is similar to the Andalusian, while Casablanca has a more modern
'pueblo' design to it. The location of the apartments and villas are all private which guarantees peaceful holidays. The beach is just a few minutes walk away
and it is possible to walk along the beach into Nerja (about 20 mins) to the old part of town with a variety of small but busy restaurants, cafes and shops.
Nerja is about a 5 minutes drive or there is a regular bus service in and out of the town and the town has everything you need to make a perfect holiday,
around 500 bars/restaurants, a wide variety of shops and supermarkets to choose from. There are more than 12 km of beaches in Nerja most offering a
variety of watersports and all with beach bars for drinks, snacks and meals.
The Almijara area is on the edge of the town of Nerja and so enjoys majestic views toward Frigiliana and the Sierra Almijara mountains. Edf. Almijara where
most of the properties are situated is a modern building that stands tall over the town of Nerja. It is located in a quiet area with it's own gardens and recreation
area. It has tennis nearby and the communal pool is truely one of the best that Nerja has to offer. There is always plenty of room on the grass area for sun-
bathing and cooling down in the large pool. There is a lift/elevator in the building for easy access, and there is private parking to the rear of Edf. Almijara.
There is a local supermarket 1 min walk away and a larger supermarket only 10 mins walk away
Tahiti & Hawaii
The apartments are in 2 seperate blocks very close to the famous Burriana Beach. Situated in the 'Burriana' area of the resort, on the East side of the main
Town. 'Tahiti & Hawaii' is just a ten minute walk down to the Burriana Beach. The apartments share a communal pool that is surrounded by a grass area,
making it very pleasant for sunbathing. The blocks have there own private parking areas so it is ideal if you hire a car. It is a pleasant walk down to the beach
following the road past bars and restaurants.
The apartments are in a modern block of some 20 apartments and 9 houses in this new quiet development. Situated in the 'Burriana' area of the resort, on
the East side of the main Town. 'Pueblo Mediterraneo' is just a seven minute walk down to the Burriana Beach. South/south west facing. Bask in the Sun on
the terrace from early morning or on the balcony from mid morning to late evening. All these are apartments are tastefully decorated to a high standard.
Situated in the centre of Nerja, car hire is not necessary, as everything is so easy to reach by walking. Explore the narrow roads that meander down to the
beaches and restaurants from 'Pueblo Mediterraneo'.
Fuentas, Nerja Medina & Nerja Marina
The areas around Fuentas, Nerja Medina & Marina are located on the West side of Nerja. A very popular area with many shops and bars, cafes, restaurants.
This is the place people come to 'chill out', enjoy a cool drink and watch the day go by. The focal point is the Plaza where there is a hub of activities,
musicians, artist, and children playing. The beach is Playa Torrecilla which offers a range of watersports and safe bathing. The impressive Hotel Rui is also
located here, making this a favourite place in Nerja to stay.
A small complex of apartments located in Nerja with wonderful gardens and two pools. Look out for the 'little train'! Verano Azul is only a 10 minute walk to
the famous Burriana Beach, and it's all down hill...a little more strenuous come back though! It is a modern complex of apartments and hence is very popular
with holiday makers everywhere. There are two swimming pools in the complex, and have plenty of grass areas for sunbathing with parasols for shade.
Nerja town centre is only a 20 minute stroll, also is the Balcon de Europa. An interesting feature in the mini-train that stops outside Verano Azul and can take
you to most places in Nerja. An excellent place to stay!
The ‘Parador Area’ of town is what the area around the exclusive Parador Hotel is called. This is an ideal location as it is within a quiet residential district,
whilst only being 5-10 minutes walk to Burriana Beach , Carabeo Beach and the centre of Nerja itself. Enjoy all the benefits of being close to the beaches,
restaurants and shops, whilst not being in the centre of all the hustle and bustle.
Carabeo beach is found along the coastal promenade (Paseo de los Carabineros) which runs from the Balcón to Playa Burriana (although the last part of this
is now closed due to unstable cliffs). It can be reached either from this coastal path or from the end of Carabeo Street via a flight of steps. Carabeo Street
leads to the Balcón de Europa, making this an extremely central location to stay in. A wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants are all within a couple of
minutes walk. Carabeo beach is just below the street, and Nerja's many other beaches are also within easy walking distance. All this makes Carabeo an ideal
location to enjoy both the town and the beach, without the need for a car.
Burriana is the largest and most famous of Nerja's beaches, and is composed of a mix of fine sand and pebbles. There are a wide-range of restaurants, cafes
and shops on the beach front, many of which serve delicious fresh fish and seafood. Burriana Beach was again awarded the prestigious Blue Flag award in
2006 and in addition to this, it is one of only 2 beaches in the whole of Andalucia to have won a 'Q-Standard Quality Award' for its fantastic quality and
cleanliness. Palm umbrellas and sunbeds can be hired here as well as pedalos in high season. There are also watersports and other activities on offer such
as scuba-diving and day cruises along the coast. From Burriana Beach it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the Balcón de Europa, the very centre of Nerja.
