If you are suffering from zits or acnes, you should give special attention to the foods that
you take every day. Most of peoples consult to a dermatologist for the treatment and take
the medicine prescribed by them but they don’t give any special attentions about their
foods. It’s good to use other treatments like proper cleansing, effective lotions and
antibiotics but without proper dietary plan, you can’t get rid of acnes or zits on your skin.

          Less sugar – Consume less sweets products that are ideal for acne problem.
          Nuts and nut made products such as peanut butter.
          Salty foods – Like chips, French fries etc. If you want to eat salt, use it while
           cooking.
          Less fried foods – Enjoy fried foods but not all the time. You will use it with
           “less”.
          Cola and other drinks – You should drink light colored sodas.
          Spicy foods – You should avoid spicy foods especially you use sauces you buy
           from stores. Homemade chili sauce with pepper is not so bad at all.



In the above mentioned list, you can see “less fried foods” and “less sugar”. It’s
recommended to remove fried foods and sugars from your list for some days to see how
your boy reacts with these foods and then include it a little bit more if you wanted.
Moreover, you can eat fish, meat, chicken, cereals & grains, coffee & tea, vegetables &
fruits and breads which are considered as ideal foods for the people who are suffered from
acnes or zits.
