METHODOLOGY of the 360° ASSESSMENT for POTENTIAL ANALYSIS:
                                 The target of this proposed assessment is to assess and evaluate
                                 selected middle management employees of our customer. A
                                 customised management development program (monthly one-day
                                 workshops) will be held with each individual. The target is to bring
                                 some or all of the “high potentials” into top management level to
                                 ensure people development aligned to local business growth.



To achieve these targets, Swiss-ASIA recommends the following steps:

Step 1, DEFINE COMPANY’S TARGET:
                 In depth discussion with the top management team of our customer to
                 define and determine the target of the assessment program.
                  Discuss further job functions (responsibilities) with related core
                    dimensions including importance of each dimension together with
                    the top management and if confidentiality allows.
                  Follow our customer's deliverables plan.
                  Define measurements for short-, middle and long- term
                    succession planning purposes.


Step 2, 360 ASSESSMENT for POTENTIAL ANALYSIS:
                Swiss-ASIA will hold a comprehensive 360° assessment with all selected
                Middle Managers. Swiss-ASIA will explain the reason and advantage of
                the assessment to avoid rumours internally and to ensure all participants
                motivation. The following dimensions will be evaluated:
                -“entrepreneurial way of thinking“        -“team leading”
                -“planning and organization”              -“communication skills”
                -“sales orientation”                      -“working attitude”

Swiss-Asia holds intensive face-to-face interviews with each Middle Manager of our
customer, focussed on the already evaluated strengths and weaknesses from the 360
assessment to round-up the impression and to eventually adjust with their personal targets.


Step 3, PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SUMMARY:
                 Swiss-ASIA will summarise and provide a comprehensive report. The
                 included suggestion and result will be discussed together with the
                 management team of our customer to define the final pool of “high
                 potentials” and the individual time frame.

METHODOLOGY of the MIDDLE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:


Step 1, DEFINE “ROAD MAPS”:
                  Based on the evaluated results, Swiss-ASIA will define assessment
                  workshops and “road maps” for each Middle Manager. These road
                  maps will be adjusted with our customer’s strategy plan (including time
                  frame). If available and necessary, Swiss-ASIA ensures to fully
                  implement already successfully used methodologies to reach best
                  results and acceptance.

 The “road maps” contain concrete strategies and methodologies such as formal
  training, on-the job training, role playing and self-development for all dimensions.
  Together with the candidates, Swiss-ASIA will select the appropriate development tools
  and incorporate it into the individual “road map” with clearly defined achievement targets
  as well as timelines.


Step 2, MONTHLY WORK-SHOPS:
                Swiss-ASIA holds monthly individual work-shops with each individual
                “high potential”. In these work-shops (approx. 3 hours per participant),
                Swiss-ASIA will intensively work on turning participants “potential to
                develop” into useful strengths for their further responsibilities. The
                already defined “road maps” are the guide-lines therefore.

The HR department / team will always participate and are fully involved in all processes. The
work-shops will mainly contend:
 Practice oriented role playing based on each participant's evaluated “potential to
  develop” (confront participants with possible further management issues and solve these
  problems together). Profound discussions.
 Hand out supportive documentations.
 Ensure “on the job training” permanently. Suggest real situations where the “high
  potentials” can prove and/or improve their capabilities (let candidates manage specific
  projects, acting as Deputy Manager for at least 3-4 weeks when superior is on business
  trip, etc.).
 Consult and provide appropriate solutions via telephone (between the work-shops)
  to participants to permanently improve and to reach individual target. Permanently report
  and adjust results and strategies with our customer.
 Involve existing global and already localised tools of our customer.


Step 3, IMPROVEMENT EVALUATION:
              Every 3 month, Swiss-ASIA will hold a 360° assessment as well as a
               “road map” milestone check with each individual “high potential” to
               compare previous results and to summarize and discuss the progress of
               each individual “high potential” with our customer’s management team.
              Define “potential to develop” to ensure each “high potential” is on
               track and in given time frame.
              Eventually use additional methodologies (psychology, behaviour
               analyse).
              Repeat every 3 month.
