work if your iPod is connected your HomeDock Deluxe.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Unplugging or turning off your HomeDock Deluxe while it is programming can cause
serious damage to your unit.

Step 1 (preparing the unit for update)
Press the Power button on your HomeDock Deluxe remote. Make sure that you are
aiming the remote at your HomeDock Deluxe. The LED on the front of your HomeDock
Deluxe will light up when you turn the power on using the remote.

five seconds before pressing any other buttons on the remote.

After you have waited five seconds, aim the remote at your HomeDock Deluxe and press
the following button sequence: Enter, Down, Down, Down, Down, Enter.

The LED on the front of your HomeDock Deluxe will blink each time it receives a
command from the remote. Make sure that each time you press a button on the remote
while entering this button sequence, the LED on the front of your HomeDock Deluxe
blinks.
If the LED on the front of your HomeDock Deluxe does not blink each time you press a

press the Enter button on the remote, click the button labeled “Click to Proceed”
anyways. A separate window will open that will ask you again whether or not the LED
on your HomeDock Deluxe is blinking. At this point, if the LED on your HomeDock
Deluxe is not blinking, press “No.” The HomeDock Deluxe Updater will message you
that the update was unsuccessful, and that you need to turn off your HomeDock Deluxe
