The Christ the King Catholic School PTO invites you to submit an application to
participate in the 5th annual Jingle Mingle Mart. This unique shopping extravaganza will
be held on Friday, November 12, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Christ the King
School.

If you are selected, the Jingle Mingle Mart will provide you with the opportunity to
showcase and sell your products. The evening will consist of shopping, entertainment,
food, and a silent auction. All proceeds from this fundraiser benefit Christ the King
School’s PTO. The PTO is responsible for funding many of Christ the King’s school
activities such as field trips, play ground equipment, computers, software, and many other
items.

This year, the Jingle Mingle Mart will be a juried event. A jury from Christ the King
PTO will review the applications to make its selections. In order to be considered, each
application must be accompanied by 3 photos of representative merchandise, to assist the
jury in the selection process of the potential vendors. Selections will be based upon
originality, quality and type of products.

If you would like to be considered, please return the attached application, along with your
check made payable to “Christ the King PTO” by October 1, 2010. You will be notified
whether or not you have been selected to participate within 30 days of receipt of your
application. If you are not selected, your uncashed check will be returned. NO refunds
or cancellations after October 1, 2010. Any applications received after September 15,
2010 will be charged a late entry fee of an additional $25.

Although we anticipate receiving applications from vendors that have participated in the
past, we are constantly seeking new applicants so that this year’s event will have the
highest quality of merchants. Vendors will be charged a flat booth fee (booth fees listed
on application), but will not be required to donate an item for our silent auction this year.
However, we would welcome any merchandise donation. You will receive an
acknowledgement for tax purposes, for any merchandise donated to the auction.
