It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure they are taking the presentations that are appropriate for their unique situation. Participants do not need to sign up for individual presentations in advance. Requirements: The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Ride and Measurement Standards, Amusement Ride Division has approved this seminar for new and renewal amusement ride inspector license holders. It is your responsibility to ensure that: you create a schedule of presentations that best suits your needs, meets the departments requirements, all forms are properly filled out, attendance sheets are filled out, presentations are recorded, required paperwork is turned in at the end of the seminar, and the requirements of your particular license is met. The department requires the following training for new applicants and renewal licensees: Qualified Inspectors Affiliated Qualified Inspector Minimum of 24 hours of presentations. You may attend any of the presentations offered at the seminar. Limited Affiliated Qualified Inspector Minimum of 16 hours of presentations. You may attend any of the presentations offered at the seminar. General Qualified Inspector Minimum of 48 hours of presentations. You may attend any of the presentations offered at the seminar. **Consideration for in house training programs may be granted by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture upon written application to the department.
