Our Microsoft Word entry form allows you to type in your information. Please use this option as it makes it so
much easier to read entry information. Please make sure your e-mail address is legible as we send out
confirmations, show instructions, and results via e-mail.
We utilize the Agility Unscrambled program which allows e-mail confirmations and results
dissemination. We will send out electronic confirmations and electronic results after the trial. Please
make sure your e-mail address on your entry form is legible.

TRIAL INFORMATION: More info will be posted to the website and in confirmations. Final start times,
tentative class running order, and other information will be posted to the trial website by the Wednesday

2010 In The Zone Agility of IL Grand Champion: We will be keeping track of all scores from all ITZ of
IL trials and at the end of the October ITZ of IL Mechanicsburg trial we will be awarding an ITZ 2010 Grand
Champion and Reserve Grand Champion. The prize for each is 1/2 price ITZ entries for one dog for 2011.
Scoring will be the total number of NADAC points a dog earns during all ITZ of IL trials in 2010.
ENTRY DATA: There is no need to overnight entries. We reserve the right to refuse any entry. Anyone
who is not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into the trial. There shall be
no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler is dismissed from competition, regardless of
the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after the
closing date will be honored only for bitches in season. A $10.00 processing fee per dog will be assessed for
ANY refund. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil
disturbances, fire, weather, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond
COMMUNICATING WITH TRIAL SECRETARY: E-mails sent to email@example.com regarding trial
'stuff' will be responded to within 4 days (usually within one day on weekdays). Funny things happen in
cyberspace; e-mails get lost, e-mail addresses cannot be read, spam filters, etc., so if you send an e-mail and do
not get a response within 4 days, please e-mail again. If you entered the trial but did not get a confirmation,
please e-mail. Don't worry about 'bugging' the Trial Secretary. If by chance you can’t get in touch with me via
firstname.lastname@example.org, try email@example.com Please read over your confirmations carefully. We all make errors
and we will certainily make corrections as long as we are notified prior to the closing date as that is when the
catalog and running orders are printed. No changes will be made at the trial. Accepted entries may be changed
prior to 9:00 PM the Monday evening prior to the trial.
VETERAN HANDLER: Handlers aged 60 years or older or disabled handlers may opt to enter Hoopers,
Touch N Go, Tunnelers, and/or Weavers as a Veteran Handler which allows you to receive 10% more standard
course time. This division is for Veteran Handlers only. The Veteran/Disabled Handler division is designed for
handlers who, due to age or impairment, are mobility limited and need extra time to guide their canine partners
through an agility course. When entering as a Veteran/Disabled Handler, you must enter all dogs in all classes
for the entire trial in this Division and must jump 4” lower than your Proficient, Standard Division jump height
require. In the non-jumping classes, dogs will be scored and placed with their Standard Division jump height.
SKILLED CATEGORY: As of January 1, 2009 when entering the Skilled Category, all dogs must jump 4"
lower than their Proficient, Standard Division jump height requires.
MOVE-UPS BETWEEN DAYS WILL BE PERMITTED AT ALL OF THESE TRIALS
AWARDS: First through fourth place ribbons will be awarded for each jump height in all categories, levels,
and classes (except Chances which has no placements). Qualifying ribbons will be awarded for any qualifying
score. We have special ribbons for NATCH, Versatility NATCH, MEDAL, Versatility MEDAL, Triple
Superior (any level), Triple Superior Versatility (any level), Triple Triple, and Triple Superior Versatility.
Please let us know if you earn one of these awards at the trial so we can give you a ribbon, take your picture,
and post it to our website.
NADAC INFORMATION: For detailed information about NADAC rules and classes go to www.nadac.com
IMPORTANT! Please check your dog's NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you
receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial
NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results
submitted by the club are uploaded to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two
weeks after the NADAC office receives them from the club. The trial results will remain on the list for at least
thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number
and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the
www.NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list and set your settings to "no mail". You will be able to view trial
results and check for any possible discrepancies, without receiving list mail. If you find an error in the reporting
of your dog’s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host club. The host club is responsible
for correcting any errors and informing NADAC. Levels: Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the
completion of the lower level title, will not be banked by NADAC for future use. If a dog earns points in a level
of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records.
OBSTACLES: The following obstacles are available for use at these trials: 8’ Rubber Surfaced A Frame,
Rubber Surfaced Dog Walk, Wingless Jumps, Open Tunnels, Hoops, and 24” Spaced Weave Poles (non staked)
SITE INFORMATION As long as it is not raining and muddy, you will be able to park ringside or very close
to the ring. Please remember to pick-up after your dogs. No food or water so please bring your own.
TENTATIVE SETUP/START TIME: Friday 4:00 PM. Sat / Sun 7:30AM. Please do not arrive before 7.

DIRECTIONS TO FACILITY: There is a detailed map on the website.
Interstate 294 East to Interstate 80 West to Interstate 57 South. Interstate 57 –Take the Monee-Manhattan Road
Exit # 335
Proceed west for 9.4 miles to Kankakee St. If you get to the 4th stop sign, you have gone too far.
You will stop at Harlem Ave, Center Road (School and Golf Course on the Corner), and Route 45 (LaGrange
Road, Gas City on the corner). If you come to the 4th stop sign, Cedar Road you have gone too far. Once you
have crossed Route 45, start watching for the crossroad sign for School House Road. Kankakee Street is the
next street AFTER School House Road and there only is a small sign which says Kankakee.
Turn Left (only direction possible) and follow Then – below.
Interstate 55 – Take the Arsenal Road Exit # 245 and proceed east 10.4 Miles to Highway 52.
Turn Right on Highway 52. Proceed south 1.3 miles to blinking light and turn left onto North Street (this turns
into Manhattan Monee Road). Gallaghers Pub is on the corner. If you pass the post office on your right or Anna
McDonald School on your right, you have gone too far. Do not speed through Manhattan. You will stop at one
stop sign, Cedar Road, continue on Manhattan Monee Road. Turn right on Kankakee St. (2.3 Miles). There is
only a small sign on the corner and follow Then – below.
Interstate 355 south-To Route 6 (It is the exit before I-80 the last exit) Go (left) east on Route 6 to Cedar Road.
Turn South (right) on Cedar Road. You will be on Cedar Road around 10 miles. You will go through New
Lenox. Turn left (east) on Manhattan Monee Road (Stop sign) Turn Right (South) on Kankakee St and follow
Once you are going South on Kankakee Street, Proceed 1.1 miles until you come to a cement bridge.
Turn Left to cross over the bridge and bear to the Right. The Trial Site is at the only house after the cement
bridge on the right side of the street (.3 miles from the bridge). There are 2 red barns and the trial is behind the
HOTELS FOR BOTH MANHATTAN TRIALS: Please double check dog policy. PLEASE be a responsible
motel guest!! Pick up after your dogs. Don’t leave your dogs unattended and bring sheets to put on the beds.
