 HELP DESK TECHNICIAN: Is responsible for answering Inbound Telephone Support calls on Intuit's
 Turbo Tax product line. Is responsible for application troubleshooting and accurate and efficient problem
 diagnosis. Must remain informed and trained in current technology and have excellent customer service
 skills. Is responsible for supporting the Turbo Tax line of software including installation, configuration and
 answering "how to" questions presented by Intuits end-users. Provides excellent customer service to our
 customers at all times. Efficiently and effectively solves issues presented by customers over the phone.
 Follows all processes and procedures established for the company and the help desk program. High school
 diploma and 0-2 years customer service experience. BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred. 0 -2 years
 technical service, technical support or demonstrated technical assistance preferred. Technical skills will be
 based on experience and will be measured by performance on a technical skill assessment administered
 during the initial interview. Strong experience in various Window's OS support necessary. Printer and
 other peripheral devised experience desired. Macintosh OS experience a plus. Tax preparation and/or
 accounting background experience a plus. Familiarity of the Intuit product line, specifically the Turbo Tax
