Attention: Manager or Donations Committee Re: 14th Annual B. C. Ukrainian Cultural Festival The B.C. Ukrainian Cultural Festival Society, a non-profit organization, is sponsoring the 14th Annual Ukrainian Cultural Festival. This year’s festival will take place on Saturday, May 2nd, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Clarke Foundation Theatre located at the Heritage Park Secondary School, 33700 Prentis Avenue, Mission, B.C. We will be hosting a dance competition, arts & craft displays, meals and entertainment – live Ukrainian music by local artists. First, I’d like to begin by thanking everyone in the public and private sector for the donations that we have received over the last 13 years. It is your generosity that has enabled our Society to carry on. We are once again looking to our business community for donations towards this event. Donations: Cash donations, donation or offer of a discount on purchase of goods, etc. Acknowledgement will appear in the program. Advertise in our program: The cost is: • $20.00 for a business card size • $25.00 for 1/4 page • $50.00 for a 1/2 page or • $100.00 for a full-page. Our deadline for printing is March 1st, 2009.
