as one of the most innovative electric mobile wheelchairs on today’s market.
This power chair has a patented mid-wheel drive system, which increases
the stability of the wheelchair and the maneuverability of the wheelchair.

Pride Mobility Company expanded their line of wheelchairs to include
mobility scooters like the Jazzy wheelchairs. The ultimate goal was to

Z-Chair and the J6. The price ranges of the Jazzy power chairs are mostly
competitive to other brands of electric wheelchairs, although customizable
options can raise the price considerably. These chairs have weight capacities
of up to and over 600 pounds.

On the heady duty end of a Jazzy wheelchair is the Jazzy 1650, which has a
weight capacity of over 650 pounds and is one if the heaviest duty power
chairs offered. This power chair has an extra wide seat with reinforced frame
and springs on the anti-tip wheels in the front. This model is a comfortable
power chair with a patented in-line motor and mid-wheel drive design
system. The 16 inch drive wheels are coupled with 9 inch solid caster wheels
for optimal stability.

The lightweight line of Jazzy power chairs offers the Jazzy Select 6 Ultra,
with a weight capacity of 300 pounds and powered by a 40 amp, PG 6-key
VR2 controller. As with the six wheel design on the Jazzy 1650, the Jazzy
Select 6 Ultra also takes advantage of the 6 wheels for increased frontal
stability.

In the same lightweight line of Jazzy power chairs, the Z-Chair takes
advantage of a 4 wheel system with a compact lightweight frame. This
power chair can be taken apart readily, for easy storage for transportation
purposes. The top speed of this lightweight power chair is 3.5 mph. and
sports twin motors which increase traction and provide excellent
maneuverability. The Jazzy wheelchair is engineered with emphasis stressed
on the mobility of its users. These power chairs have been said to be the
most maneuverable of all other brands of power chairs and valued for their
turning radiuses. Jazzy power chairs have user-friendly controls with a one
